A licensed therapist for over fifteen years, Anne has extensive experience working with individuals and couples in the area of relationship improvement. Her work in these areas is informed by specialized training in couples therapy, trauma recovery, insomnia, women’s issues, stress management, blended families and parent education.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Studies from Vassar College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and is a Certified Clinical Sleep Counselor and Certified Gottman Educator.
Anne has given presentations and facilitated workshops in the areas of relationship improvement, communication strategies, divorce, blended family issues and insomnia recovery. She is currently the co-facilitator of a popular bi-annual premarital program offered at Trinity Cathedral in Omaha.
